Heather Miau is an intern for the Safe Communities Institute. She received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UCLA and is pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration at USC Price School. Before her time at USC, Heather worked in environmental consulting with various government agencies and departments in Los Angeles. After she finishes the program, she hopes to continue working closely with state and local governments in either the consulting industry or within the government of Los Angeles.
