The Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is a one-week course structured to address leadership issues from a senior executive perspective. Covering numerous topic areas in public safety, the program integrates classroom and experiential learning opportunities.

SCI invites applications from senior leaders with executive or command-level responsibilities from public safety backgrounds, including law enforcement, fire, health, social work, government and education. Admission is selective and based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility.

The 2020 program will be held online only, from June 1-5. The cost per senior leader is $2,000, which includes tuition, books and case materials.
