Rancho Mirage Writers Festival: Post-9/11 Homegrown Violent Extremism

SCI Director Dr. Erroll Southers spoke at the 2019 Rancho Mirage Writers Festival, hosted by SCI donors Jamie Kabler and Helene Galen, who is a member of the USC Board of Trustees. Dr. Southers shared information on how violent extremists exploit vulnerabilities in their communities and offered approaches to put security theory into practice.
