Policy Breakfast with ADL’s Jonathan Greenblatt

November 16, 2017 @ 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Jonathan Greenblatt
Jonathan Greenblatt

The Sol Price Center for Social Innovation will host a policy breakfast and conversation with Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt. As chief executive of ADL, Greenblatt leads all aspects of one of the most respected civil rights organizations in the country. Since becoming CEO in July 2015, Greenblatt has modernized the organization while re‐focusing it on the dual mission it has had since its founding in 1913: to fight the defamation of the Jewish people, and to secure justice and fair treatment for all.

Among many successes under Greenblatt, ADL has worked in new and expanded ways to combat and uncover anti‐Semitism – online, offline, in the U.S., around the world, and with new partners. He has led the fight against the anti‐Semitic boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement that seeks to delegitimize the state of Israel, vocally opposed bigoted policies such as the “Muslim Ban,” and cemented ADL as the leader in tracking and fighting cyber hate.
