Dr. Ben Graham is an associate professor in the USC Department of Political Science and International Relations and the co-founder of the Security and Political Economy (SPEC) Lab. His book, Investing in the Homeland, was published in 2019. Dr. Graham earned his PhD in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2012.
