SCI Director Dr. Erroll Southers joined CNN International to discuss the terror attack in New York City, which killed eight people and injured more than a dozen others. The vehicle-ramming attack was perpetrated by Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, who said he watched and learned from ISIS videos.
