In honor of Women’s History Month, SCI hosted the “Women Leading the Way” panel discussion featuring women working in the careers of public safety and violence prevention. In male-dominated fields, learn how these women advanced within their organizations and the challenges they faced. As pioneers in their chosen field, the panelists reflect on the women who have paved the way for them and what they do now to continue to move women forward.
