Lunch with a Leader featuring Dr. Erroll Southers

The Safe Communities Institute at USC Sol Price and the Neighborhood Data for Social Change (NDSC) at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate partnered to host a “Lunch with a Leader” speaker series. The lunchtime meetings are designed to engage individuals in dialog about data, policy and advocacy in public safety issues. The first of three interactive conversations featured Dr. Erroll G. Southers, Associate Senior Vice President of Safety and Risk Assurance, and was held on Thursday, Oct 5, 2023, in the USC Village Community Room. The sold-out event focused on NDSC’s findings about public safety during COVID-19 and the USC Department of Public Safety (DPS) Community Advisory Board’s One USC Safety Vision recommendations and was attended by local law enforcement and USC students, faculty, staff, neighbors and DPS
