The International Visitors Council of L.A. (IVCLA) will host its annual Citizen Diplomacy Celebration event, showcasing the importance of citizen diplomacy and dialogue. IVCLA will present the 2018 IVCLA Outstanding Resource Award to SCI Director Dr. Erroll Southers for his work promoting peace, security and citizen diplomacy. The evening event will include dinner and a silent auction and will bring together a diversity of attendees, including the Los Angeles County Consular Corps, elected officials, and IVCLA members and guests.
