Crisis De-Escalation and Conflict Resolution Skills

Join SCI Instructor Alexandra Lieben for an eight-hour interactive and discussion-based course designed to expand your crisis prevention and de-escalation toolbox and sharpen your conflict resolution skills. The course is an immersive introduction to the causes of crises, the impact of crises on the behavior of individuals and groups, and the practical tools available to minimize risk, maximize compliance and create the conditions required to de-escalate crises, promote conciliation and resolve conflicts. The course is presented to public safety professionals including law enforcement, fire, EMS, health, social work, and education from local, state, and federal agencies.
