Spring 2019 Public Safety Leadership Program

The Safe Communities Institute is accepting applications for its Spring 2019 Public Safety Leadership Certificate Program, which provides mid-level managers with a 21st-century approach to public safety. The PSLP is 80 hours, taught two days per month for five months, covering issues related to leadership, global threats, technology and community engagement.

The deadline to apply is December 21, 2018.

SCI invites applications from professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, fire, EMS, health, social work, education or other public safety professions, as well as those working in local, state and federal agencies. Admission is selective and based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility. The program cost is $5,000 per student, which covers tuition, materials and some meals.
